With experience in most sectors, Jo now concentrates his efforts in the retail and commercial sectors, and in mixed use roadside developments. He has a particular specialization in retail, retail petroleum, automotive, electric vehicle charging and mixed use commercial developments, enabling him to provide clients with a level of experience second to none in these sectors.
Dave Blunsdon
As an Associate of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, Dave has developed his design and engineering skills over the last 30 years, working on a huge variety of contracts and in varying sectors. These have included electrical vehicle charging facilities from singleton sites to hubs, petrol filling station and trunk road service areas, convenience and roadside retailing facilities and multiple different coffee, food to go and drive thru food offers.
